Good Start, But Stagnant Career Growth

Pros: You learn the ropes of talent acquisition pretty quickly here. The remote from Texas setup is solid and offers good flexibility. It's a decent place to get your foot in the door for entry-level recruiting roles.
Cons: Career growth as a Recruiting Coordinator is super slow. There just aren't many clear paths to move up to senior recruiter roles or management. It feels like you hit a ceiling pretty fast.
Advice to Management: Create more structured career development plans for junior employees. Make opportunities for advancement more visible and achievable. Show more
