Okay balance, but often pushing hard in design
Pros: You do get some WFH flexibility here, which is nice for design roles. The team generally supports each other during really busy periods, and the paid time off policy is decent. We have good benefits too.
Cons: But honestly, it's tough. We often put in long hours, especially when deadlines for creative projects hit. As a Graphic Designer, you'll definitely work some weekends, and the pace in the Austin office can be pretty relentless.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project timelines better to avoid constant crunch periods and weekend work for your creative staff. We need more realistic expectations for client deliverables. Show more
