Hybrid work needs clearer rules

Pros: We do have a hybrid model, which is a step. It means I can usually work from home a couple of days a week as a Business Analyst. This helps avoid the brutal Kuala Lumpur traffic, which is a big win for work-life balance.
Cons: The remote work policies aren't consistent, though. Sometimes you're suddenly needed onsite without much warning, which throws off plans. True work flexibility feels limited in this corporate group; getting extra WFH days approved is really tough.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to standardize the hybrid model. More genuine remote work policies would boost morale and productivity, especially for roles like a Business Analyst. Trust your employees more with their schedules. Show more
