Okay for Stability, Not So Much for Growth

Pros: You get solid exposure to the entire metal fabrication process. The job security is decent, especially for onsite work. There's a good team environment among engineers.
Cons: Career progression here is a real struggle as a Production Engineer. It's tough to move up to senior roles without someone leaving. Raises are usually small and infrequent.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and promotion criteria for technical roles. Invest in training for future leadership opportunities. Show more
