Pros: I like that I can work from home most days as a Marketing Specialist. It saves so much time not having to commute into the office. For corporate roles, the WFH setup is a decent perk and helps with work-life balance.
Cons: Despite being remote, the daily schedule is pretty strict. There's not much flexibility to shift hours around if something comes up. It often feels like you're tied to your desk for typical 9-5 hours, which limits true work flexibility.
Advice to Management: Trust employees more with their time, especially those working remotely. Offer options for more asynchronous work to truly support work flexibility, not just a change of location.
