Pay is just okay, pretty standard.

Pros: You do get basic health insurance, which is nice to have here in Kuala Lumpur. EPF contributions are always on time, which is solid for a mid-sized corporate.
Cons: The base salary for an Operations Executive really isn't competitive for the logistics industry. Raises are tiny, and don't expect any bonuses. Benefits are just the bare minimum, nothing extra.
Advice to Management: They really should look at the salary ranges, especially for roles like Operations Executive. Better benefits could help a lot with keeping people happy. Show more
