Pros: My direct team members were awesome; we supported each other a lot. The client relationships were solid for our talent acquisition services. I learned a lot about the recruitment industry here.
Cons: Leadership felt pretty disconnected from what we did daily in the Singapore office. Decisions often came down without much team input, which was tough. There wasn't much transparency about company goals.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and engage with the teams, especially us Recruitment Specialists. Open communication about company strategy would really help with morale and direction. Listen to feedback from the frontline staff.
