Sales Engineer Role, Work-Life Balance Can Be Challenging

Pros: You get solid experience with industrial equipment and fluid mechanics. The Kuala Lumpur team is generally helpful, which is a plus for field-based roles.
Cons: Work-life balance is really tough as a Sales Engineer here. Expect many late nights and some weekend work; it's hard to disconnect. There's not much work flexibility for this kind of corporate sales.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for client expectations and internal deadlines. Support a healthier work-life balance, especially for technical sales roles. Show more
