The factory is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified and is located in Simpang Ampat, Penang. It has a 4000 square meter manufacturing facility and processes to cater to various needs of our customers' products.

Our head office Emerald EMS is located in New Hampshire USA, providing high-tech electronics manufacturing services and with many facilities located globally across USA, China and Malaysia. Emerald EMS specializes in high mix, low- to medium-volume manufacturing for high-reliability markets in the Aerospace/Defense, Industrial Controls, Medical, Power & Infrastructure, Semiconductor and Telecommunications sectors.

Job Security is Decent in Manufacturing

Pros: Is job security solid here? Yeah, it's pretty decent, especially for Production Engineer roles. The company always has steady projects in the electronics industry, so you don't really worry about sudden layoffs.
Cons: However, growth opportunities can be slow once you're settled in the Penang office. They don't often add many new positions, so vertical movement is tough after a few years.
Advice to Management: Maybe look into clearer pathways for career advancement for long-term employees. It would definitely help retain talent in core manufacturing roles. Show more
