Pros: The best part about AMBER PRO SOLUTIONS is definitely the remote work setup. Being able to work from home in Dallas, TX makes a huge difference for my personal life. We get pretty solid work flexibility as a Junior Business Analyst, which helps manage appointments and errands.
Cons: Work-life balance can be really tough, especially during peak client project phases. It's common to put in 50-60 hour weeks to meet project deadlines for our IT consulting clients. The line between work and personal time definitely blurs, even with the remote setup.
Advice to Management: Try to enforce better boundaries for project hours, especially for remote employees. It'd be great to see more structured support to prevent burnout during those intense client deliverable periods. Burnout is a real concern in IT consulting.
