Pros: Farm Fresh Berhad is a big, established company in the dairy industry, so there's always demand for fresh produce. This makes job security pretty solid, especially for production roles like mine in the Johor Bahru plant.
Cons: While I felt secure, career growth as a Production Supervisor felt really slow. There aren't many opportunities to move up quickly, and the company culture can be a bit old-school.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer paths for career progression for employees, especially in long-standing production teams. More training or development programs could really help keep good people motivated.
