Okay stability, but not much flexibility here.

Pros: Job stability is pretty solid in the manufacturing industry. The company has decent benefits too. For onsite roles, it's a predictable routine.
Cons: Flexibility is really tough, especially as a Production Engineer. Don't expect hybrid or WFH options; it's mostly fixed shifts. It's hard to manage personal appointments at the Selangor office.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible leave options or even a rare hybrid day for specific roles that can accommodate it. It would really help with employee morale in the Malaysia facility. Show more
