Work-life balance can be tough here, but manageable
Pros: You pretty much set your own schedule, which is good if you need to attend to personal stuff. There's a lot of flexibility once you hit your targets as a Financial Advisor. Working in the financial planning space, every day feels different.
Cons: The pressure to hit sales targets is constant, so it's always on your mind. It often means working late nights and weekends for client meetings. It's tough to really switch off when your income is commission-based, impacting personal time.
Advice to Management: Maybe offer more structured support or workshops for new advisors on managing time and client expectations effectively to help maintain better work-life boundaries. Show more
