Growth Potential is Limited

Pros: Working here as a Sales Associate, you do get solid experience in the hardware retail industry. It's a good place to start out and learn about different product lines like tools and home improvement items.
Cons: But don't expect much career growth or quick promotions. There isn't a clear path to move up, and advanced training isn't really offered. You feel pretty stuck after a while in the Kuala Lumpur branch.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development programs and create clearer paths for advancement for store-level staff. Maybe offer workshops for management skills. Show more
