Work-Life Balance is Decent, But Demanding

Pros: The shift schedule for production roles is usually pretty clear, which helps with planning personal life. My team in the Shah Alam office is supportive, making onsite work smoother. Benefits like health insurance are solid.
Cons: Expect some mandatory overtime, especially during peak seasons in the edible oil industry. It's not uncommon for Production Supervisors to work long hours, sometimes impacting weekend plans. Work flexibility isn't really a thing for my role.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage peak season demands to reduce mandatory overtime for production staff. More investment in automation could ease the load. Show more
