Pros: The team in the Miami, FL office is really supportive. I've learned a lot about food distribution operations. There's good job security too, which is a big plus for agricultural roles.
Cons: Work flexibility is almost non-existent for Supply Chain Analyst roles. They really push for full onsite work, even for tasks that could be done remotely. It's hard to get WFH days approved, which makes balancing personal life tough.
Advice to Management: Seriously consider implementing a hybrid model, even just a few WFH days a month. It would help a lot with employee morale and attraction, especially for roles in the perishable goods sector that often demand long hours.
