Cons: Job security can be shaky sometimes, especially during slow seasons. They're quick to cut hours, which makes it tough to plan. There's not much room for career growth beyond being a barista.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more stability with hours, even during slower periods. It would help a lot with employee morale and retention.
