Okay place, but career growth is slow here

Pros: The team is pretty solid, easy to collaborate on `software development projects`. You get to learn different tech stacks, which is a plus for `IT services`. The `Kuala Lumpur office` environment is comfortable.
Cons: But `career growth` is a real struggle here. As a `Software Engineer`, it felt like there weren't clear promotion paths, even after completing tough projects. Training programs are also pretty basic, so you're mostly on your own.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to create clear career paths and invest more in employee development and proper training for `IT roles`. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't see a path forward. Show more
