Okay Work-Life, but Demanding Onsite Hours

Pros: I appreciated the set schedule for the most part, which helps plan personal life. For most technical roles, you usually know what to expect day-to-day. The company does try to give some holiday time.
Cons: The onsite work can be really demanding, especially during peak seasons in the manufacturing industry. It's tough to get true work flexibility when you're tied to the production floor. Sometimes you just have to stay late to hit those deadlines, which impacts your evenings.
Advice to Management: Try to reduce reliance on mandatory overtime for critical deadlines. Invest more in staffing to ease the load on existing teams in the Penang office. Show more
