Culture is okay, but it's a busy gig

Pros: The team on the ground is solid. Everyone helps out, especially when you're managing complex construction projects. You really learn a lot about the building industry here, which is great for career development.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school. There's not much input for Site Supervisors on project timelines or new processes. It's often just 'do it this way' from higher-ups in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Try being more open to fresh ideas from the onsite teams. Modernizing some processes could really boost morale and efficiency across different construction sites. Show more
