Decent Benefits, Pay Could Use a Boost

Pros: They do offer a pretty good health insurance plan, which is nice. And we get a 13th month bonus, which helps a lot. It's a solid `corporate job` for entry-level roles in the `Kuala Lumpur office`.
Cons: The base salary for a `Junior Accountant` isn't super competitive, honestly. Raises are generally pretty small each year. It feels like you're underpaid sometimes for the effort in the `corporate services industry`.
Advice to Management: Look into competitive salaries, especially for junior-level roles. Retention would improve if compensation matched the market more. Show more
