Culture is okay, pretty stable place

Pros: The team here is generally friendly, which makes daily onsite work more bearable. There's a decent sense of stability, which is good for those in the manufacturing industry looking for a long-term role.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-fashioned and resistant to new ideas. As a Production Engineer, I sometimes felt like change was really slow, especially when trying to implement modern processes in the factory.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas and modernize the workplace culture. Encouraging innovation, especially for technical roles, would really help attract and keep talent. Show more
