My company is currently hiring for the position of customer service cum sales representative. Pacific Group is an outsourced marketing solution company. What we do is we provide customer service & marketing solutions to the client we are engaged with. Our organization is proudly engaged by some of the biggest companies internationally & locally from various industries. The variety of business range from automobile to telecommunications, NGO's and finance institutions. As a customer services & marketing consultant. You are required to perform customer service job as in general, to create public awareness/campaign & exposure on behalf of our clients. Sometimes attending phone calls, but most of the time meeting people face to face and coordinate face to face presentation with customer. You are also required to do a bit of paperwork.
