Pros: The people are genuinely good here. I've found a lot of supportive teammates in the San Francisco office, especially among other Software Engineers. It's a pretty collaborative environment for coding projects.
Cons: Sometimes it feels very corporate, like decisions come from way up without much team input. WFH flexibility is there but discouraged for important meetings, which kinda stinks for work-life balance. Not much room for creative risk-taking in our engineering roles.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more and really listen to feedback from those on the ground. Encourage more creative freedom in engineering projects and consider less rigid hybrid work policies.
