Pros: The health insurance is surprisingly good for a smaller, private lab. They do offer some basic dental and a modest retirement plan. It's a decent package for an onsite role here in Singapore.
Cons: Salary for a Lab Analyst is just okay, not really competitive for the gemstone certification industry. Raises are pretty small each year, and there aren't many bonuses. Don't expect big pay jumps.
