Leadership is okay, but needs a clear vision
Pros: You get stable onsite work here, which is good for many manufacturing roles. The team I worked with on the wire manufacturing lines was really solid, we supported each other well.
Cons: The leadership in this family-owned business often lacks a clear strategy. Decisions for the mesh fabrication department can feel pretty random, which makes it tough for supervisors to plan ahead.
Advice to Management: Work on developing a clearer long-term vision. Better communication from the top down would help everyone, especially in the Shah Alam office, understand company goals. Show more
