Okay Flexibility for Onsite Factory Work
Pros: As a Production Associate, the shift schedules are pretty consistent. That consistency helps me plan things outside work. It's a pretty solid, organized manufacturing environment here.
Cons: You can't really swap shifts easily, even when something urgent comes up. There's not much work flexibility for things like doctor's appointments. It's strictly an onsite role.
Advice to Management: Look into ways to offer more flexibility with shift changes or personal time off, especially for long-term production staff. It would really help with morale. Show more
