Decent Stability in the Corporate Environment
Pros: As a Project Coordinator, I've felt pretty solid here for a while. The company has a steady presence in the oil and gas industry. There's usually a good pipeline of work, which helps keep things consistent.
Cons: Job security sometimes feels tied to specific project lifecycles, which can be stressful. For roles in the Kuala Lumpur office, especially project-based ones, it can sometimes feel less permanent. Market shifts definitely impact things, even in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: More transparency on the long-term project pipeline would really help employees feel more secure about their future here.
