Pros: I've been a Software Engineer here for a couple of years. The team is pretty good at staying connected even though we're fully remote. There are regular virtual coffee breaks and online social events. It makes working in the home automation industry feel less isolated.
Cons: It's tough when leadership doesn't always communicate clearly. Sometimes decisions feel slow to come down the pipeline. This can make the fully WFH setup a bit frustrating for project clarity.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer communication pathways from the top. More transparency on project goals would really help boost team morale.
