Decent Pay, But Benefits Need a Boost

Pros: The base salary for a Property Manager here is actually decent for Miami. You get regular, if small, raises which is nice. Their health insurance plan is pretty solid too; I've had good coverage when I needed it.
Cons: But where are the real benefits? The 401k match is super low compared to other real estate management companies. There's no performance bonus for onsite roles, which feels like a big miss. Also, the PTO accrual is just slow; it's tough to build up vacation time.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving the 401k match and adding a clear bonus program for onsite property managers. It would really help retain talent in Miami's competitive real estate market. Show more
