Okay Culture for an Account Manager

Pros: The team here for Account Manager roles is genuinely friendly. We often have casual get-togethers, which makes the hybrid setup feel less isolating. The office vibe in Austin, TX is pretty relaxed too.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit cliquey. There isn't much cross-departmental collaboration, which can make new digital marketing campaigns tough. Leadership doesn't really encourage broader team bonding outside of immediate groups.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more company-wide events, not just team-specific ones. It would help break down silos. Show more
