Okay Flexibility for Sales, Room to Grow

Pros: As a Sales Executive, I've got some control over my schedule for client meetings and medical supplies distribution runs. There's occasional WFH which is good for catching up on reports without office distractions.
Cons: It's tough though because the expectation is you're in the Kuala Lumpur office most days. It's not a real hybrid work model; WFH feels more like a favor than a policy. More flexibility would really help manage the demands of a sales role in this industry.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a clearer, more formal hybrid work model. Giving sales teams more autonomy with their schedules would boost morale and probably productivity, especially for those handling medical device sales across the region. Show more
