Founded in 1976, Halim Rasip Group ("the Group") began as a tin-mining operation and diversified into the oil and gas industry providing offshore marine services in Malaysia. The Group then in the capacity of promoter, undertook oversight and management of processes to design, finance, construct and established the organisation to operate and manage port in East Java, Indonesia and Mining Projects in Australia.  Emmco Mining Sdn Bhd under the Group, is the holding company of Crossland Strategic Metals Limited (CUX) engages in the exploration of rare earth elements (REE) in Australia. Emmco Mining Sdn Bhd’s business objectives are to carry on the business prospecting, investigating, exploring and developing by sampling, drilling and testing methods of all kind and of working either underground to produce high value rare-earth oxides/hydroxides and industrial mineral by-products.
