Pros: I liked the team I worked with; they were pretty solid and helped each other out. For an Administrative Assistant, having flexible start times was a definite plus. There's also a good flow of work in the business support services area, so you're never bored.
Cons: Work-life balance here is really tough. As an Administrative Assistant in the Phoenix office, I often had to stay late, and there's not much notice for that. They expect you to handle a lot, and it definitely impacts your personal time. Remote work isn't really an option for my role, which is a bummer.
Advice to Management: Management needs to really look at workload distribution, especially for client-facing roles. More predictable hours or better compensation for overtime would make a huge difference. Also, consider more flexibility like hybrid options for some of us.
