Advice to Management: Management should really look into staffing levels to ease the workload on onsite pharmacists. Better communication about advancement paths for experienced retail pharmacists would also help boost morale.

Pros: The team at my Kuala Lumpur branch was awesome. We really supported each other, especially during busy shifts. It's a solid place to learn patient care and retail operations as a Pharmacist Assistant.
