Decent start, but career growth is slow

Pros: I learned a ton about the custom awards industry and how things run. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office was mostly supportive, which made daily tasks easier. It's a good place for entry-level experience as a Production Assistant.
Cons: The biggest downside is career growth. Opportunities to move up are super limited, especially for Production Assistant roles. You feel pretty stagnant after a while, there aren't many new positions created within this small local business.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer development paths and creating more opportunities for internal promotion. It would help retain good talent and show employees there's a future beyond entry-level. Show more
