Leadership needs more focus, but the team's good
Pros: I've learned a ton about managing residential properties. The onsite team in Kuala Lumpur is really supportive, which helps when things get hectic. We get decent exposure to different aspects of real estate operations.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit detached from daily issues. Decisions often feel slow, making it hard for property manager roles to get things done quickly. There's not much clear direction for career growth either.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and responsive to the issues faced by onsite staff. Clearer communication about company goals and individual career paths would help a lot. Invest in leadership training too.
