Okay for starting, tough to move up

Pros: You get decent exposure to different aspects of barcoding technology, especially with our inventory management software. It's a solid place to learn the ropes as a junior Software Developer. There's an annual review process, which is good for feedback.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty slow. There aren't many clear paths for advancement for tech roles, especially once you're past the junior level in the Kuala Lumpur office. The training budget is really small, so it's hard to pick up new skills or get certifications to help you move up.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for employees, especially in technical roles like Software Developer. Invest more in professional development and training to help people grow and stay current with industry trends. This would really help with retaining good talent. Show more
