Pros: I liked the steady work, always something to do with HVAC systems. My teammates were great, really helped each other out. We mostly get 40 hour weeks unless there's an emergency call.
Cons: Leadership often lacks clear vision for us, especially for career growth as a Service Technician. It's tough when management changes their mind a lot. Communication from the top down could be way better for a mid-sized corporate.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a consistent leadership team. Give your Service Technicians a clearer path for advancement. Improve how information flows from management to the field, especially regarding important refrigeration projects.
