Pros: I liked the hybrid model, you get a few days at home. It's nice not being in the Kuala Lumpur office every single day for my software development tasks. This kind of arrangement is decent for a Software Engineer.
Cons: The WFH days are fixed though, so there's not much real choice. Management can be strict about extra remote work. It's not truly flexible if you ask me, even for other tech roles here.
Advice to Management: Offer more genuine flexibility, not just fixed hybrid days. True remote options would really help with employee morale, especially in the competitive tech industry.
