AT JAYARIA SDN BHD is an Education Consultancy company. Our company manages Kindergarten, Enrichment Centre and After School Centre for children 2 to 12 years old. We have centres across Melaka which is situated in Alor Gajah, Rembia, Masjid Tanah, Tampin, Masjid Tanah, Durian Tunggal, Semabok, Bukit Beruang and Malim Jaya. We are expanding and increasing our teaching team in order to cater increasing education service demand from the market. Therefore we welcome personnel with education related field qualification to join us and becoming part of Eduprenuerial team which we develop differently from traditional teacher.

Okay flexibility, but room for improvement

Pros: They've got a decent hybrid model in the Kuala Lumpur office. As an IT Support Specialist, I could sometimes work from home when needed, which helps my work-life balance.
Cons: Still, it's mostly onsite. True remote work isn't really an option for many roles, and getting approvals for flexible hours can be a hassle sometimes. It's not a fully WFH culture.
Advice to Management: Consider a more structured remote work policy for suitable IT roles. It would boost morale and help with retention. Show more
