Pros: The health insurance plan is pretty solid, and the 401k match is decent at 4%. As a Software Engineer in the Austin, TX office, I appreciate the good time off policy too; it's easy to take vacation days.
Cons: Base salary for engineering roles isn't super competitive for the current tech industry market here in Austin. Don't expect huge bonuses either. They could definitely improve compensation overall.
