Okay Culture for Geospatial Roles, Some Ups and Downs

Pros: Team collaboration is solid here. For new Geospatial Analysts, it's easy to get help from colleagues. People generally get along well; it's a friendly vibe in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Decision-making can feel really slow, especially from upper management. It's tough to get clear answers sometimes. There isn't much recognition for extra effort, making it feel like a "just do your job" culture.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with your decisions and recognize employee contributions. It would really boost morale and make people feel valued, especially for the GIS professionals. Show more
