Work-life balance is okay, but it's a push.

Pros: They do offer hybrid work, which is a big plus. Sometimes, you can actually hit a 40-hour week. The Kuala Lumpur office culture is generally supportive when you need to step out for personal stuff.
Cons: Project deadlines can be brutal, especially for software engineers. There's pressure to log extra hours, which really impacts personal time. It's tough to consistently maintain good work-life balance in IT solutions.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes and client expectations to reduce crunch time for development teams. Burnout is real. Show more
