Okay place to start, tough for career growth

Pros: You'll learn a ton, especially if you're new to the financial services industry. They offer decent training programs, which is good for foundational knowledge in asset management. My team in the Boston office was pretty solid too.
Cons: Career progression for Investment Analyst roles felt incredibly slow. There's just so much internal competition, it's hard to stand out. It's tough to find clear paths for promotion, and lateral moves aren't easy to make.
Advice to Management: Seriously look at the career paths for individual contributors, especially in core financial roles. Make it easier for people to understand how to get promoted and encourage more internal transfers across departments. It would really help with employee retention. Show more
