Pros: Direct supervisors are usually pretty good. They're supportive in the Kuala Lumpur office, especially for new Junior Consultant roles. You get decent chances to learn if you're proactive in this mid-sized firm.
Cons: Upper management feels a bit out of touch. Decisions can change fast, which makes project planning tough for our consulting work. There isn't much clear direction from the top.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more clearly and consistently from senior leadership. We need better strategic alignment for our projects.
