Okay Pay for Starter Role, Benefits are Basic
Pros: You get pretty standard benefits like EPF and SOCSO, which is good for any job in Malaysia. For entry-level roles, the initial pay isn't terrible to start your career.
Cons: Raises don't really keep up with inflation, making it tough to see significant salary growth long-term. Other perks, like health insurance, are pretty basic compared to what bigger companies offer in the Kuala Lumpur office. Overtime for administrative roles isn't always compensated.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into more competitive salary structures and better health benefits. This would help attract and retain talent in the property management industry. Show more
