Pros: I got good foundational experience in project coordination and general resource management for smaller consulting projects. The work environment was supportive for new folks trying to learn the ropes. It's a decent first step if you're fresh out of school.
Cons: Growth felt pretty limited for Project Coordinator roles. There wasn't a clear path to move up or tackle more advanced resource management challenges. I felt a bit stuck, and leadership didn't seem to prioritize career development much.
Advice to Management: You really need to invest in clearer career development plans and mentorship programs. Provide more opportunities for employees to advance beyond their initial roles, especially in key areas like resource management.
