Culture's a bit rigid, but the work's steady.

Pros: You'll learn a lot about the manufacturing industry, especially if you're new to production engineering. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office tries to be supportive and helps out when you're swamped. Job security for onsite work seems decent here.
Cons: The company culture feels pretty top-down and old-school; there's not much room for new ideas from people like us. It's a very corporate environment, so expect a lot of red tape when trying to implement changes on the assembly line.
Advice to Management: Try to listen more to your engineers on the ground. Encourage innovation and create a more open environment for feedback to improve the manufacturing process. Show more
