Tough Work-Life Balance for Property Sales

Pros: You get a lot of autonomy if you hit your sales targets, which is good. As a Property Sales Executive, your earning potential through commissions is high if you're good. It's a busy market in Kuala Lumpur for real estate.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't great, honestly. You're always 'on call' and weekends are definitely not free. Being onsite at various show units means very long hours, especially for new property launches from this mid-sized developer.
Advice to Management: Try to implement more structured off-days for sales teams, especially on weekends. It'd really help with burnout for Property Sales Executives. Also, consider better rotation for onsite duties. Show more
